Gandria presents itself with a new structure and a new image under the experienced leadership of the chef and owner Adriano Peroncini.

The restaurant is based on a fundamental principle that distinguishes the offer and therefore the artisan production of each product category on the menu, such as fresh pasta, herbs and flavored oils, marinades, smoked meats, desserts and ice cream.

The wine list completes the gastronomic offer with a wide selection of Italian labels and autochthonous grape varieties from both well-known and young wine cellars.
